You can join all of the classes alone or with a partner. We change partners during the class to better learn the lead & follow principles but if you want to stick with your partner you can do that

(recommended for everyone who knows basic and lateral step)
* Isolations
* Head movement technique
* Waves
* Body posture
* Keeping balance
* Turn techniques
* Connection techniques (e.g. frame, tension, elasticity)

𝗭𝗼𝘂𝗸 𝗜𝗜 (20:30-21:30)
(recommended for dancers who know and are able to dance all basic structures and who have experience with head movements)
* Advanced variations

* Musicality II
