* 1 Hour of Solo Movement Training
* Focus on Isolations, Waves and Footwork
* Improve Coordination, Body Awareness and Balance
This format is for you, if you are dancing Bachata, Zouk, Kizomba, Salsa or any other Social Dances and would like to give some new impulses to your body to improve your coordination, body awareness and balance.
During this training, the music will play non stop and we will execute a variety of movements without talking much.
This session will not only train your muscles, but also your brain and it's communication with the rest of your body.
